US military grants itself power to seize control of US mainland without civilian approval

I never thought I'd live to see the day that the US military would be used against the American people, but that's exactly what it looks like they're setting themselves up to do.
They have granted themselves the power.

I ask you, who has the power to 'grant itself' any power over the people?

According to Merriam Webster's Dictionary;

Dictator;

1 a : a person granted absolute emergency power; especially : one appointed by the senate of ancient Rome

   b : one holding complete autocratic control

   c : one ruling absolutely and often oppressively 

 

Benghazi.

 

The IRS scandal.

 

The AP scandal.

 

 

The stage is being set for something.

Obama's minions are preparing for something.

Are we being set up for a takeover?
