Barack Obama: The Weakest President in history?
Well, as if there were any doubt as to how our President is viewed by other nations, there is the article linked above.

What the President is not doing is being clear, resolute and pro-active, which is surely a big part of his job description. As I said before-the impression of Obama;
the man simply doesn't care, or is oblivious.
