Hexbollah infiltrating the US thru Mexico??

An extremely interesting video report from Glenn Beck a couple weeks ago (sorry, haters--NOT )
Especially interesting is the part of the video from Al-Jazeera describing how they can infiltrate and spread Anthrax..........

U.S. Is Bankrupt and We Don't Even Know It

I agree with his evaluation of the U.S.'s financial situation, but not so much with his vague 'solution'.

We can't spend our way out of this, and tax increases & "Stimulus Package" solutions are what have gotten us this deep into debt to start with, dammit.

Cold War not over.......it's just cooled off a bit

Russian subs stalk Trident in echo of Cold War

from the Article found here;

"A specially upgraded Russian Akula class submarine has been caught trying to record the acoustic signature made by the Vanguard submarines that carry Trident nuclear missiles, according to senior Navy officers.
British submariners have also reported that they are experiencing the highest number of "contacts" with Russian submarines since 1987."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Russians haven't gone away, folks. They're still there, still a threat, and we still need to prepare for them. They still consider us Enemy #1.
Appeals court OKs warrantless GPS tracking by feds
Well, the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals has done it again.
Widely recognized as the most liberal Court in the entire US,  this time they've literally thrown the 4th Amendment out the window...you know, the one guaranteeing citizens' rights against unlawful search & seizures, that also guarantees our right to privacy???
This one will definitely go to the Supreme Court.
BIG BROTHER IS USING MOBILE X-RAY SCANNERS TO SPY ON YOU!!!!!
Holy freaking hell, Big Brother is on a rampage!!!
If ANY Republican Administration had allowed this to happen--hell, if there was even a scent of a clue they'd even spoke of it in a an aroured closet, the Press woulda been all up in their business!!!!
I am constantly amazed at the level of tolerance our "free" Press has for those that are Hell-bent on taking our freedoms away.
I mean, the 4th Amendment to the  Constitution specifically prohibits anything like this;
MOBILE FULL BODY SCANNERS IN USE NOW!!!!!!!
I am mad as Hell, and I wish more people would pay freaking attention!!!!
Stock Market to crash in September?????
This isn't the first time I've seen this "Hindenburg Omen" referred to...
This may just be a flash in the pan, as the Omen has proven to not be 100% reliable as an indicator of an imminent Stock Market crash, but the guy that invented the formula used to formulate it has totally gotten out of the Stock Market.
So it's plain to see at least HE's scared to death.
Big Brother says they can predict whether or not you will commit a "future crime"
Is "Minority Report" coming soon??
Geez, now the Progressives are looking at some kind of crystal ball to try & predict future behaviour, based on a frickin' computer model??
"Pre-Crime" predictive software??
Can you say 'hello' to Big Brother"????
>From the article....
"Law enforcement agencies in Washington D.C. have begun to use technology that they say can predict when crimes will be committed and who will commit them, before they actually happen."
"The British government has previously debated introducing pre-crime laws in the name of fighting terrorism. The idea was that suspects would be put on trial using MI5 or MI6 intelligence of an expected terror attack. This would be enough to convict if found to be true "on the balance of probabilities", rather than "beyond reasonable doubt".  "
Link to Comrade Pelosi's babbling rant
Here we have Comrade Pelosi dawdling on that all those who are against the NYC Mosque should be "investigated"...uh, how are they supposed to "investigate" at least 2/3 of New Yorkers, and probably 70% + of the rest of the country???
I'm telling you, "The US Gestapo Agency" will be formed soon if these driveling 'Useful Idiots' aren't voted out come November.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat, called for an investigation of those who are protesting the building of the Ground Zero Mosque on Tuesday. She told San Francisco's KCBO Radio;

"There is no question there is a concerted effort to make this a political issue by some. And I join those who have called for looking into how is this opposition to the mosque being funded," she said. "How is this being ginned up that here we are talking about Treasure Island, something we've been working on for decades, something of great interest to our community as we go forward to an election about the future of our country and two of the first three questions are about a zoning issue in New York City."

Calls to investigate the funding for those proposing the $100 million "Cordoba House" have fallen on deaf ears, though, as New York's Mayor Mike Bloomberg has described such an investigation as "un-American."

Ms. Pelosi called the Ground Zero mosque an "urban development decision" for New Yorkers to work through. Her remarks happened on the heels of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Nevada Democrat, parting ways with President Barack Obama on the issue. Mr. Reid suggested the mosque should be built somewhere else.

Our Economy is about to collapse

Economy on the brink of complete collapse;

This is beyond serious, it's rapidly reaching critical mass.
As of right now, I have absolutely no idea (and niether does Washington--or most ANY economist) how our economy can survive much longer.
We have spent, increased debt, and just damn wasted our way to financial oblivion.

Link to article

After re-reading the linked article;
I will say this much;

I DO NOT support all of this article's conclusions;

I DO NOT support a value added tax of any kind on US produced goods.
I don't think a VAT on foreign-produced goods would do much to bring "outsourced" jobs back to the US.

I DO NOT support ending ALL our wars immediately.

I DO support getting out of Iraq ASAP (and kicking hell out of the Taliban & Al Qaeda)

I think this author is spot on with his reasons behind our present economic condition, but shaky on his list of possible solutions.

Personally, I think we're out of solutions.

Iranian Nuclear plans at critical mass

Well, well.

We have dragged our feet so long, have cajoled, begged, even threatened the Israelis for so long not to strike Iran, that it is probably too late to do anything about it.
Once the Russians implant the nuclear fuel for the "reactors", and it is in place this Friday, any attack would then spread radiation to a large area of civilian population. So, unless the Israelis plan on bombing it and irradiating civilians, they have a very hard choice to make;

strike now, or allow Iran to go nuclear. Period.

I believe it is all but too late for them to strike.
The time to do so was much earlier, when the Bushehr nuclear reactor was much less fortified.

However, the US, both Obama and Bush Administrations, all but threatened Israel to keep them at bay.

It is going to be very interesting to see the responses from the Progressive news media, and the idiots in the UN to the Nuclear strike that will surely happen to Israel, or via a terrorist attack here.

The Iranians are known sponsors of various terrorist organizations, and it is foolish to think they won't share their new found wealth with their Shiite brothers.

The next few days will be interesting, to say the least.

What will Russia do if Israel decides to strike? There will be Russian lives lost in any destruction of this 'reactor'.

Read the book of Ezekiel, folks.

New bailouts, old bailouts, and piss poor poll numbers for the Progressives

Bailout money went to foreign banks!!!

from the   Link to the article;

"Much of the $182 billion in federal aid to AIG - the biggest of the
government rescues - went to meet the company's obligations to its Wall
Street trading partners on credit default swaps, a form of insurance
against default of securities. The partners included French banks
Societe Generale, which received $11.9 billion in AIG money, and BNP
Paribas, which got $4.9 billion, and Germany's Deutsche Bank, $11.8
billion."

AIG went to Vegas, lost their asses, and the US Taxpayer covered their damn tab.

Luckily, the Progressives are about to unveil a new bailout; this time to so-called "unemployed homeowners", designed to keep them from defaulting on their mortgages, so that Freddie Mac's fat ass won't sink deeper......

here's the link to that "Charlie Foxtrot"

Well, not all the news is bad;

The Progressives' poll numbers are in the crapper so deep they can see peanuts.

All I can say is............... well, I'm dog tired after my son's Middle School Football games tonight, so I better just clam the Hell up, and go read a book before I post something 'harsh'...............

Sick and tired of Democracy

I would like to point out a simple fact:

The United States is not a "Democracy" as some continue to mistakenly believe. We are instead a "Constitutional Republic."

A Republic is representative government ruled by law (the Constitution). A democracy is direct government ruled by the majority (mob rule).

The Founders wrote extensively on the dangers of having a Democracy as our form of government, because the will of a simple majority would always rule, and any dissenting points of view would be snuffed out and ignored. They always equated "Democracy" with tyranny.
There are plenty of resources readily available in the Internet regarding this topic.

In our Constitutional Republic, however, we do use some Democratic measures, such as in the election of our leaders and representatives. It is they who are supposed to represent "the Will of the People" in government affairs. If they misrepresent those that elected them, or fail to adhere to Constitutional procedures and/or values, then the people have a right, and a process, in place to recall them to answer for their offenses.

So, as distasteful as it may seem to some, the actual petition for Recall of almost any elected official is not only legal, but has been granted to The People as one of the only tools they can employ if they feel they have been misrepresented.

My only wish is that this tactic would be employed more often, especially on those who we elect and send to the State Capitol and to Washington.

It is time that those whom we elect to represent and/or lead us begin to understand that the United States Constitution, as well as all 50 State Constitutions, actually grants power only to the people.

Obama's Economic Policies have saved the day

All Hail The 'Bama

Holy crap these people are wandering thru life with blinders on......

Keith Olbermann of MSNBC had on their guest Obama shill, "economist" Howard Fineman,  who details his version of the "Economic Recovery" that Obama is solely responsible for.

Not so fast there, Howie.....................

from the article;

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"......the Democrats took over Congress in January 2007. As such, their policies have been in place now for over two and a half years.
In January 2007, unemployment stood at 4.6 percent, which means that .under a Democrat-controlled Congress, unemployment has more than doubled with almost seven million jobs lost.
If shills like Fineman and Olbermann want to blame this exclusively on former President George W. Bush, maybe they should reread the Constitution to learn that the legislature in our government creates budgets.
The last budget Bush signed that was created by a Republican Congress had a deficit of only $160 billion.
By contrast, the 2008 fiscal budget penned by Democrats had a $459 billion deficit. Only two Republicans voted for this in the Senate. Not one Republican voted for it in the House.
As for the 2009 fiscal budget, the second created by this Democrat-controlled Congress, it produced a $1.4 trillion deficit. Once again, only two Republicans in the Senate voted for it with NONE in the House.
To put this in even greater perspective, the final budget created by a Republican-controlled Congress and enacted by Bush called for $2.7 trillion in spending.
By contrast, a Democrat-controlled Congress with a Democrat President have authorized $3.7 trillion in spending this fiscal year, a staggering 37 percent increase in just three years."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And these idiots say it's "Bush's recession"???

It's the Democrats' recession, as any fool ought to see.

Except the fools are wearing blinders.

Democrats are tampering with Tea Party

It's no secret that the Democrats are scared to death of the National Tea Party movement.
Well, it seems that not only are they petrified of the Tea Party, they have decided to mount an aggressive campaign to infiltrate the local Tea Parties.

Hell, if ya can't beat 'em, I guess they figure, 'join 'em, and destroy from within'.

Hmm......didn't Watergate involve some kind of tampering??  Just saying.

What a load of fools.

Come November, they'll see how foolish.

An August Surprise from Obama?

Well, well, well.

Once again, my man Glenn Beck has hit the nail squarely on the head.
Beck has been saying for months that Barry O and his band of thugs (Congress) would do something before the elections to do two things;

#1-- try to sway the Democrat voter base away from the Tea Party types, and perhaps keep the Congressional losses manageable.

#2--...and most importantly.....pull something grandiose to try and disguise just how frickin' bad this economy is in the crapper, and how close to total collapse it truly is. (..these aren't the droids you're looking for...)

Here's some excerpts from the article, with emphasis added by me on some of the 'code language' I picked up on. And if dumb old Tony can think this out this easily, we may be in more trouble than what I'm thinking, believe me.................

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Link to "The August Surprise"
Main Street may be about to get its own gigantic bailout. Rumors are running wild from Washington to Wall Street that the Obama administration is about to order government-controlled lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to forgive a portion of the mortgage debt of millions of Americans who owe more than what their homes are worth. An estimated 15 million U.S. mortgages – one in five – are underwater with negative equity of some $800 billion. Recall that on Christmas Eve 2009, the Treasury Department waived a $400 billion limit on financial assistance to Fannie and Freddie, pledging unlimited help. The actual vehicle for the bailout could be the Bush-era Home Affordable Refinance Program, or HARP, a sister program to Obama’s loan modification effort. HARP was just extended through June 30, 2011.
The move, if it happens, would be a stunning political and economic bombshell less than 100 days before a midterm election in which Democrats are currently expected to suffer massive, if not historic losses. The key date to watch is August 17 when the Treasury Department holds a much-hyped meeting on the future of Fannie and Freddie. A few key points:
1) Republican leaders believe this is going to happen since GOPers and Democratic moderates in the Senate are unwilling to spend more taxpayer money on more stimulus. But such a housing plan would allow the White House to sidestep congressional objections and show voters it is doing something tangible about an economy that seems to be weakening.
2) Wall Street banks are alerting their clients privately to this possibility. Here is what some are cautiously saying publicly. This from Goldman Sachs:
GSE policies are one of a dwindling number of policy levers the administration has left to pull, so it is conceivable that changes could be made, though there is no sign that a policy change is imminent. The Treasury’s essentially unlimited ability to provide financial support to the GSEs creates an interesting situation over the next twelve months: the GSEs could potentially be used to provide additional support for the housing market and, to a lesser extent, the broader economy in 2H 2001.
And this from Mizuho Securities:
As policy makers ponder their next move the data suggests that they face not only a stalling recovery but a growing risk of deflation taking root in the economy.  As a result, the Administration has turned back to industrial policies by approving the purchase of a sub-prime auto lender by GM as a means for pumping up domestic sales, especially since the latest auto sales data indicates that consumers are still responsive to incentives. This precedent increases the risk that the government will use its control of Fannie and Freddie to increase consumer cash flow and juice the economy again.
Moreover, Morgan Stanley is pushing a mortgage relief plan directly to Congress. On August 3, a top Morgan Stanley economist recommended to the Senate Budget Committee that Fannie and Freddie ease their lending standards to allow millions of Americans to refinance their mortgages.
3) Keep in mind the political and economic context. The nascent recovery is already running out of steam. Wall Street economists just downgraded the government’s second-quarter GDP estimate of 2.4 percent to around 1.7 percent. And as even Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is warning, the unemployment rate may well begin to rise back toward the politically toxic 10 percent level given such sluggish growth. Many in the White House thought the unemployment rate would be dropping sharply by this point in the recovery.
But that is not happening. What is happening is that the president’s approval ratings are continuing to erode, as are Democratic election polls. Democrats are in real danger of losing the House and almost losing the Senate. The mortgage Hail Mary would be a last-gasp effort to prevent this from happening and to save the Obama agenda. The political calculation is that the number of grateful Americans would be greater than those offended that they — and their children and their grandchildren — would be paying for someone else’s mortgage woes.
4) And don’t think the White House is worried about financial market reaction. If they thought it would pass Congress, they would be submitting a $200 billion Stimulus 2.0 (3.0?, 4.0?) right now.
August is supposed to be a slow month for Washington politics. But maybe not this one.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Wow, where to start??

Item #1 (in blue )--the US government, for all intents and purposes, due to various bailouts over the past 2 years, either owns a majority of, or has financial control of; Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Goldman Sachs, GM, and Chrysler, to name but a few. They also, thru GM's "purchase of a sub-prime auto lender by GM as a means for pumping up domestic sales", own the means to finance sub-prime auto loans.

This has already been tried, with miserably failed results, in the housing industry, a'la Freddie/Fannie, wit the 'sub-prime lending' debacle that has caused the mortgage crisis that we're talking about in this very article!!

So basically, they're going to "fix" the sub-prime mortgage loan crisis by "forgiving" the loans that are in arrears on the houses that are "underwater" or "upside down"--due to the mortgage sub-prime mess and hope that the folks who "save money" on their delinquent loan payments being forgiven will go out and buy cars from GM at sub-prime rates from the government-bailed-out/owned car company???

Holy mother, talk about borrowing from Peter to pay Paul.......... these guys are nothing but a bunch of Ponzi artists....

Okay, here's the kicker;

Item #2 above (in red )..and once again, most importantly; the Fed is admitting that we are facing DEFLATION in our economy.

What does this mean??
Well, basically, it is general decline in prices, often caused by a reduction in the supply of money or credit. Deflation can be caused also by a decrease in government, personal or investment spending. The opposite of inflation, deflation has the side effect of increased unemployment since there is a lower level of demand in the economy, which can lead to an economic depression.

However, since the Fed has already been printing money faster than ever, and flooding the economy with currency, we are already at a very precarious point in our economy. The government has doled out bailout after bailout. Unemployment is creeping back up. The Fed has flooded the economy with currency. The National debt is absolutely out of control, now over 91% of our Gross Domestic Product. Soon, very soon, it will overwhelm our entire economy.

We are going to be discussing another topic very soon.

Hyperinflation.

hyperinflation often occurs when there is a large increase in the money supply not supported by gross domestic product (GDP) growth, resulting in an imbalance in the supply and demand for the money. Left unchecked this causes prices to increase, as the currency loses its value.
Because of this, sellers demand a risk premium to accept the currency, and they do this by raising their prices.

One of the most famous examples of hyperinflation occurred in Germany between January 1922 and November 1923. By some estimates, the average price level increased by a factor of 20 billion, doubling every 28 hours. (The Weimar Republic)

I could go on and on, but enough for now.
My head hurts.

Think I'll go load some more .270.

And .243.
And .30-06

Missouri votes NO to key provision of ObamaCare

Well, it's on.

Missouri voters on Tuesday rejected a key provision of ObamaCare—either get the mandatory health insurance or suffer a hefty fine.

The vote wasn't even close, as 71% of voters statewide rejected the unconstitutional law.

"About 71 percent of Missouri voters backed a ballot measure, Proposition C, that would prohibit the government from requiring people to have health insurance or from penalizing them for not having it.

The Missouri law conflicts with a federal requirement that most people have health insurance or face penalties starting in 2014.

Tuesday's vote was seen as largely symbolic because federal law generally trumps state law. But it was also seen as a sign of growing voter disillusionment with federal policies and a show of strength by conservatives and the tea party movement."

In all, over 2 dozen other States are considering similar action, either by passing legislation, or as ballot initiatives like Missouri did yesterday.

This could well go to the Supreme Court as a challenge to the 10th Amendment.

Nowhere in the Constitution has the Federal gov't been granted that kind of power.

Book reccomendation

Guys, I highly recommend this book.

It's not completely political, but I believe the government is trying to crash our economy and create a "crisis" so that our Constitutional form of government can be "done away with".

This book ,  Patriots: a novel of survival in the coming collapse  explores that scenario, and offers valuable insight into preparedness for "what if".

I am actually re-reading it, and the first couple of chapters dealing with the economic crash, and how it happened in the book, is erily similar to the very things going on right now.

I got mine used at McKay's used books, but it's readily available on Amazon.com.

Blueprint for Marxist takeover of the US

I know this is a hard read--29 pages, and was written in 1969.

However, it is the blueprint for the takeover of the US, over a period of time, by the Marxist organization, Weather Underground.

A few of the names in the text have changed, but the major architects of the Manifesto remain alive, and extremely active in Politics.
Most of them remain active. None of them have repented of their revolutionary, radical, violent ideals.

Weathermen (Weather Underground) Manifesto

Hit the "read Online" or "download PDF" on the left of the page to read it, or to save it to your computer for reference, like I have.

There are sections in the Manifesto regarding the recruitment of youth, women, and especially minorities--they even refer to "Black Liberation Theology" verbatim!!!
 Hit the individual links on the names below for a history of each individual, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Some are professors teaching our youngsters, like Bill AyersBernadine DohrnHoward Machtinger ,and Mark Rudd

Some are direct writers of US Policy like Jeff Jones

These people haven't gone away--they've joined the mainstream, and are all contributors to education, government, the media, and religion.

And, Barack Obama knows them, each and every one.

How many Marxist Revolutionaries do you know?
